Office Cancellation Policy

*Please reschedule appointments allowing for 24 hours notice to maintain good standing within our office.

*If you will be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, there will not be adequate time for your treatment during that time. In this situation, we will have to reschedule your missed appointment.

*New Life Chiropractic has implemented a 3 strike policy- after 3 late cancellations or missed appointments (within a years period), our office will assess whether we are a good fit and may be decide to terminate care in the interest of all patients.
