Things you’ll notice at your first visit:
1. Healthy snacks in the waiting area, for kiddos and hungry mommas. We want you to feel at home and help yourself!
2. Toys and coloring pages for the waiting room as well as a play area in each adjustment room
3. A drawer of diapers, changing pads and wipes

SCHEDULING
First visit (Exam & Adjustment) $175 ($110 without adjustment)
As a new patient, we will schedule you for a complete examination. This will consist of a full health history as well as a physical assessment. Most often, you can expect an adjustment during your initial visit. Expect your appointment to range from 45 to 60 minutes.
Preventative/Wellness Adjustments: $55
Patients presenting without symptoms of pain fall under this category. We love helping keep our patients healthy! Wellness visits usually last 10 to 15 minutes.
Corrective Adjustments: $65
Corrective care visits usually last 15 minutes.
Consultation call
Dr. Loveridge provides a free consultation call to see if chiropractic in our office would fit your health and wellness needs. This call gives you a chance to talk to Dr. Loveridge and ask any specific questions you may have prior to booking your initial visit. To schedule a consultation, call our office 605-646-3818. Initial visit
Prior to coming in, you may fill out your new patient paperwork online or you may come in early (15 min) to your appointment. In this visit Dr. Loveridge reviews your history, performs a thorough physical examination, provides education on chiropractic and your examination findings. This initial visit often ends with an adjustment. Allow between 45-60 minutes for this visit. We will schedule your follow-up appointments at the end of initial visit.
Follow up visits
After your initial visit, appointments for adjustments are on average 15 minutes. We love getting to know our patients and start making lasting changes with frequent follow up appointments in the first weeks! Generally, you can expect to see us twice a week for a number of weeks when starting care. As your body heals and your healing progresses, we will space out visits accordingly.
Cancellations
Our policy regarding cancellations/rescheduled appointments-to be courteous, please give us 24 hours notice for any rescheduled/cancelled appointments. This allows us to fill your spot with someone else who may need an appointment that day.
To aid in making your scheduled appointments, we send out text reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before all scheduled appointments.
Insurance
Our office is non-participating with health insurance plans. We have many patients who submit to their health insurance for re-imbursement of covered services. In this case, we are happy to assist with filling out any paperwork required on our end.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service. We accept the following payments: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards, HSA and FSA funds.
